Privacy Notice

We do not keep personal data. What we keep is live-stream performance data and public TikTok ranking data, used to train, improve and grow the agency and its creators. Material you upload for a personalised report is deleted as soon as that report is generated.

• Account basics — the email address and TikTok handle you sign up with, and your access level. This is the minimum needed to give you a login and to email you your reports.
• Public LIVE and ranking data — handle, display name, avatar, rank position, diamonds and estimated earnings as published on TikTok LIVE rankings and comparable public boards, plus how long you were live.
• Material you choose to upload — diamond screenshots, post-live result screens and LIVE replays, submitted only when you want a more detailed personalised report.

We do not ask for and do not store government ID, addresses, dates of birth, banking or payment details, chat message content, or viewer identities.

Uploaded screenshots and LIVE replay files are processed to produce your report and then deleted right away. Only the resulting numbers and written summary are kept — the source file is not retained.

Your reports are visible to you and to XO administrators only. They are never sold, never shared with other agencies, and never published without your written agreement.

Performance data and generated reports are kept for two (2) years after you leave the agency. That window lets us complete our own review and improvement processes, and keeps the records we may need for safety, dispute resolution and legal record-keeping. After that period the records are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

To provide the membership you asked for, to meet our legitimate interest in coaching and improving the agency, and, where required, on the consent you give at signup — which you may withdraw at any time by closing your account.

You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use. Contact us through the site and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your performance history may make member tools unusable.

Access is password-protected and role-gated; administrators see only what their access level allows. Data is held with our hosting, database and email providers under their own security terms, and may be processed in Canada, the United States or the European Union. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage strong, unique passwords.

TikTok and public ranking sites are independent services governed by their own privacy policies. Anything you post publicly on TikTok is public and outside our control.

The portal is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly hold data about minors.
