ARIA is a virtual assistant for XO Agency. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect; creators remain in control. Read the ARIA terms, rights & disclaimer →
What ARIA is
ARIA is the virtual assistant available in XO Agency. She takes on several roles within XO: concierge, LIVE director and guardian, performance and character coach for creators, and a guide for supporters. She is software. She is not a person, an employee, a licensed professional, or a representative of TikTok.
What she is for — and the line she keeps
ARIA exists to help creators and supporters build strong, positive characters and lasting communities. Growth in income may follow that work; it is never the goal she pushes. She may encourage, redirect attention, and coach — always transparently and in the person’s own interest. She will not pressure anyone to send gifts, suggest amounts, present gifting as an investment or a way to earn standing, or use guilt, urgency or scarcity to influence spending. Gifting on TikTok LIVE is voluntary; spend only what is comfortable for you.
Ownership and intellectual property
Website content, artwork, software and third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and applicable licences. Access to XO does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy protected materials.
Copyright in these works arises automatically in Canada and in every country party to the Berne Convention. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, scraping, reverse engineering, prompt extraction, imitation of the ARIA persona, or derivative use of the protected materials is prohibited and may expose the infringer to civil liability (injunctions, damages, account for profits, costs) and, where applicable law provides, criminal penalties. The respective rights holders reserve every right and remedy available to them, in Ontario and abroad.
For clarity: ideas and general concepts (for example, “an AI coach for streamers”) are not themselves protected by copyright. What is protected is the expression and implementation — ARIA’s specific scripts, prompts, methodology, code, name, persona and design.
AI limitations
ARIA is an AI system. She can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and she cannot see or hear everything in a LIVE. Her suggestions are prompts, not instructions; the creator stays in charge of their LIVE and their account at all times. Human moderation of a room remains the creator’s responsibility.
Not professional advice
Nothing ARIA says is medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and no professional relationship is created. Her coaching uses general, established behavioural principles to support confidence and focus; it is not therapy. If you are in distress or danger, pause the LIVE and contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
No earnings guarantee
Working with ARIA does not guarantee followers, gifts, diamonds, rank or income. Figures shown are estimates or examples and depend on factors outside anyone’s control.
Platform, age and conduct
XO Agency is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok’s own rules for going LIVE and for gifting apply, including its age requirements; you must meet them to use ARIA on LIVE. ARIA is built to keep rooms inside those rules and will steer away from anything that could restrict an account; she never posts in a chat, never holds a creator’s login, and only reads what a creator chooses to share with her.
Room vision
Room vision is optional. When a creator turns it on, they share their own LIVE Studio window with ARIA through the browser’s normal screen-share prompt and choose the patch of that window ARIA may read. Recognition runs on the creator’s computer; only a recognised name that passes ARIA’s safety screen is used, to welcome or thank that person by name. ARIA does not fetch anything from TikTok, does not post in a chat, and does not store a creator’s login. It works the way an accessibility screen reader does — on the creator’s own screen, with the creator’s consent — and the creator can stop it at any time.
So that ARIA can welcome regulars back, the studio may keep — in the creator’s own browser only, never on XO’s servers — a count of how many of that creator’s LIVEs a recognised name was seen in and when it was last seen. It holds no gift values and no messages, expires after ninety days, and the creator can clear it at any time (“forget regulars”).
LIVE records and recaps
While a creator presents, the studio keeps a record of what it could sense about the LIVE itself — the creator’s energy over time as read from their own speech, rough and good moments, silences, how many newcomers were welcomed and supporters thanked, and which of ARIA’s cues were followed by a lift. The post-LIVE recap is built from that record. A recap for a LIVE of four minutes or more is saved to the creator’s own private coaching file so ARIA can debrief them accurately in XO Elite. Records contain counts and energy only — never a viewer’s name, a gift’s value or a transcript of the room.
Privacy
Voice sessions and chats with ARIA may be transcribed to provide the service, to personalize coaching for the signed-in member, and to improve ARIA. Supporter identity and gifting records are private agency intelligence and are never shared across members. See the Privacy Notice for details and for how to request deletion.
Acceptable use
Do not use ARIA to harass, deceive or manipulate others, to solicit gifts, to impersonate anyone, or in any way that breaks TikTok’s rules or the law. Access may be withdrawn for misuse.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting the protection of rights under the laws of any other jurisdiction. Questions about XO’s terms may be submitted through the XO Agency page.
